Open-Concept Residential Floor Plan

I’m ready to break ground on a new residential build and need a complete open-concept floor plan that sets the right flow for modern living. The design should emphasise an uninterrupted transition between kitchen, dining and living areas while still allowing for practical placement of bedrooms, bathrooms and storage.

I’ll rely on you to translate my rough room counts and square-foot targets into a clear, build-ready drawing. Please account for structural feasibility, logical traffic patterns, natural-light access and furniture layout guidelines so the plan feels spacious rather than cavernous.

Deliverables I expect:
• A fully-dimensioned 2D floor plan in PDF for easy printing
• The editable source file (DWG, RVT or comparable) so my contractor can make future tweaks
• A brief rationale highlighting key design choices that support the open-concept intent

If you work in AutoCAD, Revit or a similar CAD platform and have experience with new-construction residential projects, I’d love to see examples of past plans you’ve produced.
