Ongoing Structural & Architectural Support
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I manage a rolling portfolio of residential, commercial, and industrial jobs that range from fresh ground-up builds to complex renovations. To keep pace, I’m looking to partner with professionals who can pick up individual assignments as they arise and carry them from concept to permit-ready documents.
Your core contribution will be structural analysis and architectural design. Expect to receive project briefs that may start with a rough sketch, a partial BIM model, or an existing set of drawings needing adaptation. I typically work in Revit, AutoCAD, and—on the analysis side—ETABS or SAP2000, so fluency with at least some of these tools is essential for a smooth hand-off.
For each task I will need:
• A concise structural analysis report that includes load calculations and any supporting spreadsheets or software files
• Coordinated architectural drawings (PDF + DWG/RVT) ready for submission to local authorities
• A short revision cycle after my in-house review
Turnaround time and clear communication are critical; most assignments run on tight schedules driven by client milestones. If you’re comfortable collaborating remotely, exchanging files through cloud storage, and joining quick video check-ins when needed, I’d love to hear how you can slot into this workflow.
