Ongoing Residential Revit Work
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I run a steady pipeline of residential projects and need an experienced Revit specialist I can rely on long-term. Everything we do centers on homes—single-family, duplexes, and the occasional small multi-family—so I’m looking for someone who knows wood-frame construction, can build accurate BIM models quickly, and keeps drawings impeccably organized.
Depending on the project stage, you may be asked to create a model from my sketches, refine an existing file for a permit set, or generate client-ready 3D views. All work must stay 100 % native to Revit 2022 or newer; no locked plug-ins or external conversions. Typical turn-arounds range from a couple of days for minor updates to a week or two for full CD packages, so clear communication and reliable availability are essential.

We’ll start with a paid test task and, if it’s a good fit, move into a continuous flow of projects.
