Office MEP Design & Coordination
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Company Name: TBES Global
Position: Freelance MEP Engineer
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST (8 hours/day)
Duration: Ongoing/Project-based
Location: Remote (India-based candidates preferred)
I need an experienced MEP engineer to take full ownership of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing scope on a new office-space development. Your task begins with producing a coordinated design that satisfies all local codes and my internal performance requirements, then carries through to detailed shop drawings, BOQs and the complete package of technical documentation ready for construction and tender.
You’ll interface directly with my architectural team as well as the structural and façade consultants, resolving clashes and ensuring every discipline is working from the same up-to-date model. A strong BIM workflow (Revit, Navisworks ) will be essential; AutoCAD output is still required for formal submissions.
Key deliverables
• Fully coordinated mechanical, electrical and plumbing drawings/models
• Discipline-segregated and combined BOQs with clear take-off methodology
• Construction-ready shop drawings in DWG and PDF
• Technical specifications and compliance sheets referencing the applicable local standards
