Project Overview
We are looking for a skilled Interior Designer / Architect to create a complete interior layout for a two-level (G+1) Plant Office building. The design must be modern, functional, and space-optimized to ensure smooth operations for all departments. The designer should be able to convert requirements into 2D layouts and 3D renders for both levels, ensuring proper circulation, workflow efficiency, and aesthetic consistency.

- Two-level office layout (Ground Floor + First Floor)
- Efficient space distribution between operational and managerial zones
- Architecturally practical and easy-to-execute design
Required Spaces to be Included
Ground Floor (Recommended – open to design alternatives)
1. Reception & Waiting Area:
- Reception desk with branding backdrop
- Sofa seating for visitors
- Visitor circulation planning

2. Employee Workspace:
- Workstations for 25 employees
- Proper ergonomic spacing
- Electrical/data point layout

3. Open Discussion + Relaxation Zone:
- Lounge-style seating
- Employee interaction area
- Coffee/tea machine setup

4. Pantry:
- Compact, functional pantry
- Countertop + storage + appliance spots

5. Washrooms:
- Male: 2 Western, 1 Indian
- Female: 1 Western, 1 Indian
First Floor (Recommended – open to design alternatives)
6. Manager Cabins:
- 2 manager cabins, fully furnished
- Glass partitions preferred
- Visitor seating + storage units

7. Board Meeting Room:
- Seating for 10–12 persons
- AV screen, conference setup

- Two-level 2D floor plan
- 3D interior renders for both floors
- Furniture placement plan
- Material/mood board
- Lighting and electrical layout (preferred)
- Minimum 2 layout options for finalization

Preferred Skills
