Office Building Floor Plan Design

I have a small office development in mind— a commercial building that will span two to three floors—and I need clear, construction-ready floor plans to move the project forward. The design should optimize usable office space, circulation, and core services while respecting standard code requirements for commercial premises.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Scalable CAD or Revit drawings (source files plus printable PDFs) for each floor, including dimensions, furniture layout suggestions, rest-room cores, stairwells, elevators, and mechanical/electrical shafts.
• A ground-floor plan that highlights an inviting reception and flexible open-plan work zones.
• Upper floors that can be easily subdivided into private offices or co-working areas with shared amenities.

I’ll provide the site footprint, preferred setbacks, and any local regulations once we start; you’ll translate that into a coherent set of plans ready for my structural engineer to review. Accuracy, efficient space planning, and clear layer naming conventions are critical acceptance criteria.
