North Carolina Dock Blueprint Stamp

Job ID: 40604528

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I have a hand-drawn sketch of a residential floating boat dock that now needs to become a formal construction blueprint, complete with the professional engineer stamp required for permitting in North Carolina. The design calls for aluminum framing and composite decking supported by standard floats, and I’d like the final plans to reflect those exact materials alongside all structural details, load calculations, and anchoring notes the local authorities will expect.

Because this is for personal, residential use, I’m looking for a clear, code-compliant drawing set I can submit right away. Timing is critical—I’m ready to move as soon as the stamped plans are in hand—so rapid communication and a concise revision process are important.

To be considered, you must already hold an active North Carolina PE license and be able to place your seal on the finished drawings. If you normally work in AutoCAD or Revit that’s perfect; just be sure the final deliverable arrives as both a signed PDF and the native file.

Deliverables:
• Full construction blueprint (plan, elevations, sections, and details) based on my sketch
• Structural calculations that support aluminum framing on composite-decked floats
• North Carolina PE stamp on the final PDF set
• Native CAD file for future reference

If you can start immediately and meet the licensing requirement, let’s connect so I can share the sketch and get this moving.
