US New Home Structural Engineering

I’m ready to move my architectural drawings for a new-construction, single-family home in the United States into permitting and need a licensed structural engineer to take them the rest of the way. The architectural set is complete; what’s missing are the structural sheets and supporting calculations that comply with the applicable IRC/IBC, wind, snow and seismic requirements for my jurisdiction.

Here’s what I’ll look for you to deliver:
• Full structural plan set: foundation, floor and roof framing, sections, details and schedules ready for submission.
• Structural calculations and load analysis that match the plans.
• A professional seal for the state where the project will be built (I’ll share the exact location once we start).

If you prefer working in Revit, AutoCAD or another platform, just let me know—DWG and PDF outputs are fine on my end. Turnaround time is flexible but I’d like to file for permit within the next few weeks, so please include an estimated schedule along with your proposal and any similar residential projects you’ve completed.
