Need to design the water, electricity and fire protection systems for the factory in Thailand.
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m setting up a new factory in Thailand and need complete engineering for three critical networks—water, electricity and fire protection. My architects have already produced rough layout sketches in DWG/PDF; you will refine these into permit-ready documents.
Scope of work
• Water: incoming supply, internal cold/hot loops, process lines, sanitation, preliminary drainage and wastewater routing.
• Electricity: low-voltage power distribution, full lighting layout with fixture schedule, plus a properly sized backup power scheme.
• Fire protection: sprinkler and hydrant layout, pump sizing, alarm interface and emergency water storage, in line with Thai regulations.
Deliverables
1. Detailed AutoCAD/Revit drawings for each system.
2. Load, pressure and fault-level calculations with pipe and cable sizing tables.
3. Bill of materials using components readily available in the Thai market.
4. Code-compliance notes referencing relevant Thai industrial standards.
5. One revision cycle after my team’s review.
Please highlight any similar factory projects you’ve completed and list the design software you prefer so I can integrate your files into our BIM workflow.
