NBC-Compliant Mixed-Use MEP Design
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m preparing a mixed-use residential/commercial development and need complete MEP documentation that satisfies the latest National Building Code (NBC) requirements. The scope centres on three disciplines—Electrical, Plumbing, and the full Fire Protection system—co-ordinated so authorities can grant approval without revision. No formal LEED or ENERGY STAR certification is targeted, yet the solutions should still follow good energy-efficient practice where it makes sense.
What I expect from you:
• Electrical: load calculations, single-line diagrams, panel schedules, lighting and power layouts, earthing and lightning protection schemes.
• Plumbing: water supply, drainage and vent piping, pump sizing, schematic risers, fixture counts, and a bill of quantities.
• Fire System: sprinkler and hydrant network design, pump room specification, alarm and detection layouts, evacuation route coordination.
• Fully coordinated drawings (AutoCAD/Revit DWG + printable PDFs) and a concise design report explaining assumptions, NBC clause references, and calculation sheets.
Acceptance criteria
1. Every drawing references the pertinent NBC clause or table.
2. Calculations are reproducible in an attached spreadsheet or software report.
3. Files are delivered in both editable (DWG/RVT) and PDF formats.
4. All disciplines overlay without clashes at typical ceiling heights.
If you have solid experience producing authority-ready MEP packages for mixed-use buildings under NBC, I look forward to working together.
