Multi-Zone Residential Scheme Design
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have an early-stage concept for a residential scheme that must clearly organise several functional zones, with the immediate focus on well-planned living areas. Bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms and any other key “areas” we decide to include should connect logically and comply with local codes. Recreational or commercial components may be added later, so the layout needs the flexibility to integrate them without expensive re-work.
Scope at this phase
• Translate my outline brief into a coherent masterplan showing each living zone and its circulation paths.
• Produce scaled drawings (site plan, floor plans and a basic massing model) that communicate room relationships, access, parking and green pockets.
• Provide a concise design report explaining the zoning logic, future-proofing strategy and how services/mechanical cores can be accommodated, as the overall concept will rely on sound mechanical planning.
Preferred tools are AutoCAD or Revit for drawings and SketchUp or similar for quick 3D massing; feel free to propose alternatives if you can deliver equivalent outputs in common exchange formats (DWG, RVT, SKP, IFC or PDF).
Acceptance criteria
1. All living zones clearly labelled and dimensioned.
2. Drawings aligned to the stated plot dimensions (to be supplied upon award).
3. Design report addresses mechanical/service routing and expansion options for recreational or commercial add-ons.
I’m ready to supply the land survey and any additional notes you need once we agree on milestones and timeline.
