Multi-Level Sloped-Block House Draft

I have a detailed surveying plan for a sloping site and now need it translated into a full set of draft-only house plans that meet current Australian Standards and my local council’s requirements. The concept is a modern, multi-level home that steps naturally with the terrain, using cut-and-fill where appropriate.

Key spaces I want incorporated are a dedicated home office and a comfortable guest room, in addition to the usual living, kitchen and bedroom zones. Once the floor plans are resolved, I also need a 3D façade elevation so I can visualise street presence and confirm material choices before lodging to council.

You are free to work in your preferred software—AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD or SketchUp—so long as the final drawings clearly indicate levels, heights and retaining walls and can be exported to PDF and DWG for engineer review.

Deliverables:
• Draft-only site, floor, and roof plans to AS and LGA standards
• Sections showing cut-and-fill with RLs tied to the supplied survey
• A coloured 3D façade elevation (front only) suitable for client presentation
• Source files plus print-ready PDFs

Acceptance will be based on dimensional accuracy against the survey, compliance annotations, and a façade model that matches the plans. I’ll provide the survey in DWG, brief notes on desired room sizes, and any council templates as soon as we start.
