Modern maha Vastu Residential Architectural Design

I’m planning a new residential build and want a contemporary look that still respects core Vastu principles. Above all, the orientation of the home and the exact placement of each room must follow Vastu conventions, yet the overall aesthetic should remain clean-lined and modern.
The site is ready for design to begin. I’ll share its dimensions, topographical details, and local setback rules the moment we start. You’ll translate that information into a full set of drawings that show:
• A Vastu-aligned site and floor layout highlighting cardinal directions
• Room-by-room placement diagrams that meet both function and Vastu flow
• Scaled architectural plans, sections, and elevations suitable for city approval
• A simple 3-D massing or SketchUp model so I can visualize the volumes
AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp files are fine so long as the output can be exported to PDF for submission. Accuracy of the Vastu orientation and room arrangement will be my primary acceptance criterion; the modern styling guidelines we can refine together after the initial layout passes review.
Timeline is flexible within reason, but the first concept layout should be on my desk within two weeks of kickoff so we can iterate quickly.
