Modern Warehouse Plan Design
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need a full set of architectural plans for a new industrial-grade warehouse. The core requirement is an efficient, modern layout that integrates a clearly defined office space while maintaining optimal circulation for equipment, staff, and future storage solutions.
Here is the scope I have in mind:
• Detailed floor plan showing the warehouse bay, the dedicated office block, and clear paths for forklifts and pedestrian traffic.
• Elevations and a roof plan that anticipate natural light, ventilation, and straightforward maintenance access.
• Basic structural layout so my engineer can verify spans and column grids.
• A simple 3D massing or perspective to help stakeholders visualise the flow from the loading apron through to the office entrance.
While office space is the only confirmed feature, please allow the design to accommodate potential loading docks and racking lines so I can scale operations later without major re-work.
Preferred tools are AutoCAD or Revit, and I will supply the site dimensions and setback rules as soon as we start. Drawings must be delivered in both editable (DWG/RVT) and PDF formats, ready for my local permitting submission.
If you have experience crafting contemporary industrial facilities and can balance functionality with a clean, modern look, I’d like to see a concise portfolio excerpt and your timeline for the first draft.
