I’m preparing to build a new house on my family’s village plot and need a complete architectural concept that balances contemporary style with the rural surroundings. The core brief is a modern layout featuring two primary bedrooms and a dedicated guest room. I’m aiming for a space-efficient footprint that still feels open, bright, and connected to the outdoors.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Scaled floor plans showing room dimensions, wall thicknesses, and furniture suggestions
• Front, rear, and side elevations that highlight modern materials and clean lines suitable for local construction methods
• A 3D exterior perspective (SketchUp, Revit, or similar) so I can visualise the finished look before we break ground
• Basic electrical and plumbing layouts to guide the local builder
