Modern Two-Story Interior Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a two-story home that needs a cohesive, modern interior concept. The ground level is an open living-dining zone, while the upper level is reserved for the bedrooms. I prefer neutral tones—soft whites, greys, natural woods—so the design should achieve warmth and character through texture, lighting and carefully chosen accents rather than bold colour bursts.
Here’s what I need delivered:
• Scaled floor plans for both floors with a clear furniture distribution that respects circulation and zoning.
• A complete lighting distribution plan indicating fixture types, locations, circuits and basic load data.
• Elevations or 3-D views of key walls to illustrate wall treatments, feature panels or built-ins.
• A concise material and furniture schedule listing finish codes, product names and quantities so purchasing is straightforward.
If you routinely work in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar platforms, feel free to use the tool you’re most efficient with; all I ask is that final files be shareable and easy to review.
Accuracy, clarity and a design language that stays decidedly modern are the priorities. Looking forward to seeing how you pull it all together.
