Modern Two-House Architectural Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a complete architectural concept for two separate modern villas that embrace open floor plans, large windows, and a clean, minimalistic aesthetic. The two villas are sharing the same land. The end goal is to see how these elements can work together to create bright, airy living spaces with seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
For each villa I would like:
• A schematic floor plan that clearly shows traffic flow, the relationship between shared and private zones, and how the generous glazing is integrated.
• Exterior elevations and at least one 3D perspective render so I can visualize massing, materials, and the overall curb appeal.
• Interior mood boards (or sample renders) that demonstrate the minimal decor approach—think restrained palettes, built-in storage, and uncluttered surfaces.
Please keep structural practicality in mind so the concepts can transition smoothly to detailed construction drawings later. If you work in Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, or a comparable BIM/CAD platform, let me know; I’ll need source files alongside PDFs or JPGs.
Once the first round of concepts is delivered, I’ll review and mark up any adjustments—expect one revision cycle before we lock the final layouts. I’m ready to move quickly, so include a realistic timeline in your proposal together with examples of previous modern residential work that showcases open layouts and extensive glazing.
