Modern Three-Story House Plans

I need complete architectural drawings for a modern home that will rise at least three stories. The project must include fully dimensioned floorplans and construction-ready details that capture the clean, contemporary lines I’m after while making smart use of vertical space.

The plans have to show every wall, window, door, and level transition, with special attention paid to the three key zones I’ve flagged:

• Kitchen and living areas
• Bedrooms and bathrooms
• Outdoor spaces and balconies (these will be a defining visual element)

Please develop a logical circulation flow between these zones and incorporate abundant natural light throughout. Structural notes, basic MEP placeholders, and roof layout should be included so my builder can move straight from your PDFs into permitting. Native CAD/Revit files are required alongside printable sheets.
