Modern 2-Story House Floor Plan
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m preparing to build a two-storey residence and now need a complete floor-plan package in a clean, modern style. The home will feature three bedrooms, and I’m looking for a thoughtful circulation flow that makes the most of natural light and usable space.
What I will supply: basic plot dimensions, local setback requirements, and a short wish-list of room sizes once we start.
What I need from you:
• Scaled floor plans for both levels with clear dimensions and room labels
• At least one concept that shows a strong modern aesthetic—simple lines, efficient spatial layout, and a good connection between indoor and outdoor zones
• A layout that leaves flexibility in how the common areas relate (I’m still deciding between an open or semi-open configuration, so creative options are welcome)
• PDF sheets suitable for permits plus the editable source file (AutoCAD, Revit, or a comparable format)
I’ll review the first concept, provide feedback, and expect one round of revisions before sign-off. If you can also include a quick 3-D massing view, that will help me visualize it.
