Modern Spec Home Drawings

I’m preparing a new spec home and need a facade designed and draft set. The brief is simple: create fully-dimensioned floor plans and matching exterior elevations that showcase a clean, modern aesthetic while highlighting brick downstairs as the dominant façade material.

You’ll receive my inspirational floor plan layout and a few inspiration facade images the moment we start and develop an elevation concept that makes the brick downstairs feel contemporary.

Deliverables (PDF for drafts and CAD file on completion):
• Ground and upper-level floor plans, ready for scale printing
• All four exterior elevations with material call-outs and basic shadowing

Please work in AutoCAD, Revit, or another mainstream CAD platform so the files remain editable on my end. A quick first pass within the next couple of days would be ideal; we can fine-tune from there until the drawings are builder-ready. Please dont ask for Budget as it usally offends present your price for completion.
