Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I’m getting ready to build a modern single-family home and need an architect or designer who can translate my ideas into a complete, build-ready drawing set. The focus is residential, and the aesthetic is clean, contemporary lines with an open, light-filled layout.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Concept sketches so we can lock in the overall feel
• Detailed floor plans, elevations, roof plan and sections in DWG and PDF
• A basic 3D model or a few rendered views to confirm massing and proportions
I’ll supply the site survey, zoning notes and my room-by-room wish list right after kickoff. All work must follow local building code, use metric units and be produced in AutoCAD or Revit—your choice, as long as the files are editable.
