Modern Single-Family Home Plan
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
The goal is to translate my wish list into a build-ready set of architectural drawings for a modern single-family home with four to five bedrooms. I already have the site and its basic dimensions; what I need now is your architectural expertise to shape a clean, contemporary layout that maximises natural light and indoor-outdoor flow.
Ground floor must contain:
- Living room
- Dining area
- Kitchen with island and walk-in pantry
- Pooja room
- Master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in robe
- Two kids bedroom with WIR and ensuite
- Powder room
- Laundry
- Alfresco
- 2.5 car garage
First floor must contain:
- One guest bedroom
- Shared bathroom and separate WC
- Home theatre
- Family lounge / retreat
- Gym or yoga room
- Optional study
- Sitout
To keep the project organised, here are the specific deliverables I’d like:
• Concept sketches
• Scaled floor plans showing room sizes, circulation, and furniture zones
All files should be handed over in both PDF for easy sharing and the original editable format (DWG, RVT, or SKP) once the design is approved.
I’m available for quick feedback rounds during my local evenings, and I’d like to keep the first concept review within one week of kick-off.
