Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m ready to move fast on a full set of architectural plans for a modern single-family house and need an experienced residential architect who can jump in right away.
The brief
• Style: clean-lined, modern aesthetic with plenty of natural light and an open-concept layout.
• Scope: preliminary concept sketches through to permit-ready drawings—floor plans, elevations, sections, and a basic 3D massing model.
• Tools: AutoCAD, Revit, or comparable BIM software that allows me to review and annotate digitally.
• Timing: I need the first concept in days and a complete, submission-ready package as soon as realistically possible.
Acceptance criteria
1. Scaled drawings that meet local code requirements.
2. PDF and native CAD/BIM files delivered upon approval.
3. Two rounds of revisions included to fine-tune layout and façade treatments.
