Modern Single-Family Home Design

I’m ready to move from ideas to build-ready documents for a modern single-family home. I have the lot and basic requirements laid out and now need a skilled residential designer or architect who can translate them into clear, permit-compliant drawings.

Scope of work
• Translate my notes, sketches, and site information into a fully developed floor plan that reflects a clean, contemporary aesthetic.
• Produce detailed elevations, sections, and a roof plan that satisfy local code.
• Provide digital files I can hand directly to my contractor and city reviewers—PDFs for printing plus the editable source files (Revit, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD are all fine).
• Offer one round of revisions after I review the first full draft.

I’ll supply: survey data, zoning setbacks, and a summary of functional needs the moment we begin. You bring the design expertise, an eye for modern lines, and the technical know-how to make sure everything will pass plan check.
