I’m ready to move from ideas to polished plans for a modern home that fits three to four key rooms: comfortable bedrooms, well-appointed bathrooms, and a dedicated home office. I already have a general footprint in mind, but I need a seasoned residential designer or architect to translate it into professional drawings and striking 3D visuals that reflect clean, contemporary lines, smart space flow, and plenty of natural light.
Here’s what I’d like to come away with:
• Scaled schematic and detailed floor plans (PDF + editable CAD)
• High-quality exterior and interior 3D renderings showcasing finishes, colors, and lighting
• A basic materials / finishes legend so I can price options locally
• One revision round after the first full draft to fine-tune layout or aesthetics
