Modern Residential Revit Drafting
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
I have a full-scale residential project that needs to be modeled and documented in Autodesk Revit. The goal is to deliver a clean, modern design package that covers the entire building—from footing to roof—ready for permit submission and contractor pricing.
You will start from my sketches, room schedule, and site information, then build the complete Revit model and generate all drawings required for a standard plan set. I rely on your experience with modern residential layouts, clean façades, and efficient space planning to refine the concept while keeping structural logic and local code compliance in mind.
Deliverables expected
• Native Revit (.rvt) model with organized views and sheets
• Fully dimensioned floor plans, elevations, sections, and roof plan
• Door/window schedules and basic material legends
• Printable PDF set exported directly from Revit
Acceptance criteria
• All plans align with the modern aesthetic discussed and maintain the provided room sizes
• Views are properly annotated and scaled for construction/permit use
• No missing dimensions or tags; model elements are placed on correct categories and levels
• Final files open error-free in Revit 2022 or later
