Modern Residential Reflected Ceiling Plan

I need a fully detailed reflected ceiling plan for a residential interior and I want the final layout to read clean, contemporary, and distinctly modern. The drawing must clearly show all lighting fixtures and the complete ventilation system so the electrician and HVAC contractor can work straight from the sheet without extra mark-ups.

I will supply the base floor plan in DWG or PDF as soon as we start; you return the ceiling plan layered and dimensioned in the same file type, plus a print-ready PDF. Please keep annotation standards straightforward—legend, symbols, and notes in line with typical architectural documentation.

Deliverables —please treat these as checkpoints:
• Coordinated RCP drawing with lighting and ventilation located, sized, and tagged
• Fixture and grill schedule with basic specs (model, cut-out size, mounting type)
• PDF export at 1:50 (or 1/4"=1'-0") scale

The file can be created in AutoCAD, Revit, or another professional CAD package as long as the DWG I receive is clean and editable.
