Modern Residential 3D Model

I have finished the drawings for a modern single-family residence and now need a clean, accurate 3D model that captures the exterior architecture together with its surrounding landscaping. The goal is to present the design to my clients and the local planning board, so the model must read well both when orbiting in real time and when exported as high-resolution stills.

Scope
• Exterior massing, façade articulation, roof geometry and material finishes true to the plans
• Full site representation: grading, hardscape, planting beds, trees and outdoor lighting as shown on my sketches
• No interior detailing or furniture layouts for now—your time can stay focused on the outside environment

Preferred workflow
I typically review models in SketchUp or Revit; however, I am happy to receive an OBJ, FBX or similar universal file along with any linked texture maps. If you use Lumion, Twinmotion or Enscape for quick renders, please include a few screenshots so I can verify materials and entourage placement before final delivery.

Acceptance criteria
• Model aligns to my CAD/PDF dimensions within a 2-cm tolerance
• Landscaping elements are placed per the provided site diagram and sit flush with the terrain
• All textures are UV-mapped and packed in a single folder, ready for render engines

Once I receive the native model file, texture folder and a brief read-me explaining layers or families, I will release the milestone. I’m looking forward to seeing the house take shape in 3D.
