The site is in Russia and I need a full conceptual master plan that turns it into a contemporary residential community. Your primary goal is to translate my land-use brief into a clear development concept and planning proposal that I can present to local partners and authorities.
Key parameters
• Programme: strictly residential, organised around generous parks and recreational areas, with well-placed community facilities and embedded sustainable living solutions such as green corridors, low-impact mobility and energy-efficient block layouts.
• Style: predominantly modern—clean lines, forward-looking materials and a strong indoor-outdoor relationship—while still respecting local climate and context. If a subtle traditional accent helps ground the scheme, feel free to flag it.
I will supply survey data, zoning constraints and reference imagery once we start.
Native files (AutoCAD/Revit/SketchUp) plus PDFs are required so the next design stages can build on your work.
