Convert 2D House Plan PDF into Accurate 3D Model

Project Description:

I have a complete architectural house plan in PDF format containing Ground Floor, First Floor, Second Floor, and Third Floor layouts.

I need an experienced 3D modeler to convert the provided 2D plans into an accurate 3D architectural model.

Requirements:

* Recreate all floors exactly as per the drawings.
* Convert dimensions from feet/inches to meters where required.
* Model walls, doors, windows, stairs, lift, terraces, balconies, and open-to-sky areas.
* Maintain accurate room sizes and layout.
* No design changes unless discussed.
* Keep the model dimensionally accurate to the supplied plan.

Deliverables:

* Editable source file (Planner 5D / SketchUp / Revit – specify what you use).
* 3D model of all floors.
* Basic materials and finishes.
* High-quality rendered exterior views.
* Interior views (optional, please quote separately).
