Modern Residential Interior Design

I’m updating a newly built home and need a complete interior design package that stays true to a clean, modern aesthetic. The scope covers the main living areas, all bedrooms, and the kitchen—from space planning right through to finishes, lighting concepts, and furniture suggestions.

You’ll start by refining the layout to optimise flow, then develop mood boards, colour palettes, and material schemes that tie each room together without sacrificing the distinctive character of each space. High-quality 3D visualisations and annotated floor plans drawn in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar will be essential so I can review every angle before we move to final selections.

Deliverables I’ll be looking for:
• Concept layouts and dimensioned plans
• Photorealistic renders for the living areas, bedrooms and kitchen
• A concise specification sheet covering furniture, fixtures, lighting and finishes
• Source files for all drawings and models
