Modern Residential Interior Design
Budget: ₹100,000 – ₹350,000 INR
I’m constructing a new residential building that gives every space a cohesive, contemporary feel that reflects clean lines, smart use of light, and a comfortable flow from room to room. I need a qualified interior designer-architect who can take the project from concept through to a set of drawings and specifications my contractor can follow.
Here’s what I expect to receive:
• Concept mood boards that capture the overall look, colour palette, and materials.
• Scaled floor plans showing furniture layout and traffic flow.
• 3D visualisations or realistic renders so I can see how the ideas translate into the real space.
• A detailed finishes and fixtures schedule (paint codes, flooring, lighting, cabinetry hardware, etc.).
• Annotated drawings or elevations for custom elements such as built-ins or feature walls.
I have not locked in the exact rooms yet, so part of your brief will be to help prioritise which areas make the biggest impact first. Please outline your typical design process, software you prefer (SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, or similar), and the number of revisions included in your fee. Portfolio samples of previous modern residential work will be the main factor in my decision. Need project supervision as well.
