Modern Residential House Design — Full 2D &3D Design Package (Revit / Blender / 3ds Max Expert)

We’re looking for a highly skilled architectural designer or 3D visualization specialist to transform our modern-style house sketch into a complete, presentation-ready design package.

The project includes precise 2D plans, detailed 3D modeling, high-quality renders, and a location-based cost analysis.
Scope of Work
1. 2D Floor Plans
Create detailed, furniture-ready 2D floor plans in AutoCAD or Revit include exact room dimensions, door/window placements, and layout optimization

Deliver in PDF and DWG formats

2. 3D Modeling & Rendering
Build accurate 3D models of both interior and exterior (Revit, Blender, SketchUp, or 3ds Max)

Provide 5+ high-resolution renders, including:
Day & night exterior views
Living area, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom interiors
Deliver models in SKP or FBX, plus JPEG/PNG for all final renders

3. Walkthrough Animation
Produce a 30–60 second cinematic fly-through video of the property (MP4 format)

4. Cost Analysis
Prepare a comparative cost table showing material and labour cost variations across multiple locations Include notes on key price drivers (materials, local codes, labour rates, etc.)

2D Floor Plan (PDF + DWG)
Complete 3D Model (SKP / FBX / Revit file)
5+ Photorealistic Renders (Interior + Exterior)
30–60 sec Fly-through Video
Cost Comparison Spreadsheet (XLSX / PDF)

Preferred Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit / SketchUp / Blender / 3ds Max / Lumion
Experience in modern residential design and realistic visualization
Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and real-world construction costing
Ability to maintain design and budget alignment
