Modern Residential Home Design

I’m planning a brand-new, modern-style home and need an architect who can change the plans of my architect. I would like to moderate it and add Arab Mediterranean influence in the design. I already have existing plans, I need just changement of design

I’ll provide the land survey, zoning data and a clear room-by-room wish list once we begin. Your role is to translate these inputs into a cohesive, buildable design, ensuring compliance with local residential codes and energy-efficiency standards while keeping the overall aesthetic sharp and modern.

Deliverables I’m expecting:
• Concept sketches and massing studies showing layout options
• Developed floor plans, elevations and sections in PDF and editable format
• 3D interior and exterior renderings that capture materials and daylighting
• A coordinated, permit-ready drawing package for planning approval and builder pricing

Familiarity with Revit, ArchiCAD or SketchUp is a plus, and I’d like to collaborate through periodic screen-share reviews so we can iterate quickly. Please share a few links or images of recent modern homes you’ve designed so I can see how your style aligns with mine.
