Modern Residential Floor Plan Design

I’m ready to move from ideas to detailed drawings for my new home and I need an architect who can translate my vision into a clean, modern residential plan. The core of the job is a full set of floor plans that maximise natural light, create an intuitive flow between rooms and capture a contemporary aesthetic inside and out.

Here’s what I expect: scaled architectural drawings for each floor, a basic roof layout, and exterior elevations that clearly communicate the modern style we discuss together. I’ll provide rough sketches, inspiration images and all site measurements the moment we start, so you can focus on design rather than guesswork. Dimensions must be accurate and suitable for submission to a local builder; if you work in AutoCAD, Revit or another professional drafting tool, that’s perfect—just deliver the source file along with printable PDFs.

We’ll work iteratively: you share an initial concept, I give feedback, and we refine until the layout feels both striking and practical. If you can also recommend materials and façade treatments that reinforce the modern look, that will be a bonus.
