Modern Residential Floor Plan Design
Budget: ₹2,500 – ₹4,500 INR
I need a clean, modern floor plan for a residential build that will include three bedrooms in a Ground + One floor construction. The total area of the building is around 1650 to 1750 sq. ft.
I have attached a rough draft of the floor plan along with a pic of the propopsed external elevation.
Please provide:
• A proper floor plan (PDF + editable CAD/REVIT or similar)
• Up to two rounds of minor revisions
* If you are able to provide a 3D Elevation of the front exterior of the building matching with my proposed design, it would be great! Preference for Architects from INDIA.
All drawings must be scale-accurate and ready for submission to a local architect or engineer for code compliance.
