Modern Residential Design & Facades

I’m developing a new residential building and need a full architectural package in a clean, modern style. The scope covers three clear pieces of work: the overall building design, detailed façade development, and precise section drawings that show how every floor stacks and connects.

All zoning data, site surveys, and inspirational references will be shared at kick-off. From there, I’ll rely on your expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, or comparable BIM tools to translate the brief into permit-ready drawings and presentation-quality visuals.

Deliverables expected
• Conceptual massing studies (PDF + native files)
• Finalised façade elevations with material call-outs
• At least two key longitudinal and transverse sections, fully dimensioned
• A coordinated BIM or CAD file that ties everything together

Drawings must meet local code requirements and read clearly for both contractors and planning officials. Let me know your typical turnaround time for early concepts and the number of revisions you include—accuracy and crisp, modern aesthetics are top priorities.
