Modern 8-Plex Plans with Basements
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 CAD
I’m ready to move forward with a full set of architectural drawings for an 8-plex built in a clean, modern style. Each unit will also have a fully legal basement suite.
Here is what I need from you:
• Concept and schematic drawings that capture a modern exterior, while keeping the interior room layout clearly separated rather than open-concept.
• Detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and structural notes for all eight above-grade units plus the basement level, prepared in AutoCAD or Revit so my local engineer and city reviewer can work directly from your files.
• A code-compliant design for every basement suite that provides its own dedicated entrance and meets local egress, fire-rating, and ceiling-height requirements.
• Reflected ceiling, electrical, and plumbing plans that coordinate smoothly between the main units and their suites so contractors have a single, conflict-free reference.
• A drawing package that is ready for permit submission and easy for builders to price.
