Modern Office Design & Build
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
The new 125 sqm office in Binondo, Manila needs a full concept-to-completion treatment that balances efficiency with a clean, modern look in neutral tones. Within the floorplate I must accommodate:
• Marketing & Creative hub featuring collaborative workstations and floor-to-ceiling whiteboard walls
• Boss room that feels professional yet welcoming
• Glass-enclosed meeting room for 8–10 people
• Compact pantry
• Small breakout / play area to encourage quick resets between tasks
If you see opportunities for additional zones or smarter space planning, I’m open to hear them.
Deliverables I’ll rely on:
• Scaled layout options with furniture plan
• Mood boards and material palette that nail the modern-neutral brief
• 3D renders / walkthrough for stakeholder sign-off
• Detailed construction drawings (AutoCAD/Revit) and FF&E schedule
• Simple project timeline plus on-call design support during fit-out
A site visit is optional but welcome; I’ll cover transport so you can take measurements and feel the flow of the space firsthand.
Final package should be build-ready, clearly documented, and delivered in editable and PDF formats so my contractor can move straight into procurement and construction.
