Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m moving forward with a modern mixed-use development that will combine office space with residential units on a single site, and I need the early‐stage design work pulled together into a clear, compelling package.
Here’s what I’m after:
• A cohesive site plan and massing study that shows how the office and residential volumes relate on the lot.
• Schematic floor plans for each use, laid out to realistic architectural scales.
• Exterior 3D views/renderings that communicate a clean, contemporary aesthetic to investors and the local planning board.
• Editable source files (Revit, AutoCAD, or SketchUp) plus print-ready PDFs.
Acceptance criteria: drawings must indicate approximate gross floor areas, respect typical setback/ADA requirements, and be delivered to the agreed scale within the file formats above. If you can also provide a brief zoning or feasibility note, flag that in your bid and we can add it as a separate milestone.
