10x20 Modern Master Bath Layout

I’m working with a 10’ × 20’ blank canvas for a new master bathroom and need a full design package that I can hand straight to my contractor. The entrance door sits on one of the 20-foot walls; everything else is open to your creative layout skills.

Essentials I have to see in the plan
• A separate water-closet room for the toilet
• A generous walk-in shower
• A freestanding soaking tub
• A single or double vanity, sized proportionally to the space

Design direction
I’m after a clean, modern look. Think flat-front cabinetry, minimal hardware, and a neutral palette anchored by large-format porcelain floor tiles. Lighting should feel quiet and architectural—recessed cans and trimless LED strips over task areas rather than decorative pendants or sconces.

What I’d like you to deliver
1. Scaled floor plan and reflected ceiling plan (AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp).
2. Two to three 3D perspectives or renders illustrating finishes, fittings, and overall feel.
3. A concise fixture & finish schedule listing tile, plumbing, lighting, and vanity specs so I can source items locally.

Acceptance criteria
• The drawing set fits the exact 10’ × 20’ footprint and shows clear dimensions.
• Door swings, circulation paths, and code-required clearances are respected.
• All four required program elements appear comfortably in the layout.
• Material call-outs specify porcelain for flooring and indicate recessed lighting.
