Modern Mall Interior Design

Job ID: 39808448

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I’m looking for a creative partner to re-imagine the common areas of an upcoming shopping mall. My priority is interior designing, and the aesthetic direction is firmly modern—clean lines, timeless materials, and an inviting atmosphere that encourages shoppers to linger.

Scope
The brief covers every shared space outside the individual stores: atriums, corridors, entrance lobbies, restrooms, seating nodes, way-finding elements, and the food-court circulation zone (kiosks and tenant interiors are out of scope for now). I need a cohesive design language that unifies flooring, wall treatments, lighting, ceiling details, furniture selections, and signage while remaining practical for high traffic and easy maintenance.

Deliverables
• Mood boards and colour palettes that define the modern concept
• Scaled floor plans and reflected ceiling plans showing material and lighting layouts
• 3D visualisations or walkthroughs to help stakeholders sign off quickly
• A detailed materials and FF&E schedule with locally available options
• Simple implementation notes that contractors can follow without ambiguity

Preferred tools: AutoCAD or Revit for plans, SketchUp/3ds Max/Blender with V-Ray or Lumion for renders, and any graphic suite you rely on for presentation boards.

Timeline is flexible but I’d like to lock the concept within four weeks so construction documents can follow. When you respond, please share one or two relevant mall or large-scale commercial projects, note the software you will use, and confirm your availability for occasional video calls during the concept phase.
