10x10 Modern Kitchen Design

I’m ready to overhaul my 10 ft × 10 ft kitchen and need a complete interior design package that feels fresh, modern and grounded in neutral tones. The space is primarily for cooking and meal prep, so every inch has to work hard for function as well as style.

I’d like you to handle the full concept: layout planning, cabinetry configuration, lighting, finishes, fixtures and a realistic cost breakdown for materials and labor. Think sleek lines, low-maintenance surfaces, clever storage solutions and an efficient work triangle that makes daily cooking effortless.

Deliverables I expect:
• Scaled floor plan with measurements and appliance locations
• 3D visualizations or photorealistic renders showing the proposed modern, neutral-palette look
• Materials/fixtures schedule with brand references or equivalents
• Itemized cost estimate so I can see where the budget will go

I’ll supply current measurements, photos and any utility locations the moment we start. Please outline your process, the software you’ll use (SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Revit, etc.) and the timeframe for first drafts and final files.
