Project Description:
I am looking for an experienced interior designer to help me modernize and optimize the layout of my house project. The property currently consists only of the ground floor, but we are planning an extension with a new first floor. I already have the architectural floor plans (CAD/PDF) and now need professional support to refine the design and bring a contemporary interior concept to life.
Planned layout:
• Ground floor: entrance, studio, living room, hallway, bathroom, kitchen, laundry, staircase, loggia;
• First floor: staircase, master bedroom with a walk-in closet (accessible through a hidden “wardrobe door”), bathroom, and two additional bedrooms;
• Courtyard: parking space.
Project goals:
• Optimize the distribution of internal spaces;
• Propose modern, functional, and stylish design solutions;
• Suggest furniture layouts, finishes, and materials;
• Provide ideas for lighting and color schemes;
• Evaluate improvements in circulation and connection between floors.
Deliverables:
• Updated 2D floor plans (CAD or PDF);
• 3D views or photorealistic renderings of interiors;
• Mood boards with suggested furniture, finishes, and color palettes.
Required skills:
• Strong background in residential interior design;
• Experience with renovation/extension projects;
• Proficiency in CAD and rendering software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar).
