1125 sq ft Modern House Plans

I’m ready to move ahead with a full set of construction-ready drawings for my 1,125 sq ft residential build. The aesthetic is firmly modern and I need three distinct front-elevation concepts first. Once I pick the one that feels right, I’ll require its corresponding 2-D working drawings.

The scope then extends to a complete package for the site: floor plans, sections and all service layouts. Plumbing and electrical drawings must be coordinated with the architectural set so my civil team can break ground without delays.

Key deliverables
• Three modern front-elevation concepts (PDF/JPEG)
• Finalised 2-D façade drawings (DWG + PDF)
• Full architectural plan set for 1,125 sq ft (DWG + PDF)
• Coordinated plumbing and electrical layouts ready for construction

I’m comfortable with work created in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp—or any equivalent BIM / CAD platform—as long as the final files are unlocked and ready for my engineers to review. Please include your estimated turnaround for the concept elevations and the complete package so we can align schedules before awarding.
