Modern House Front Elevation

I need a clean, contemporary front-elevation design for my residential house. The look should lean unmistakably modern—think simple lines, balanced proportions, and materials that feel current rather than ornate. I’ll rely on you to translate those ideas into clear drawings (PDF and the original CAD file) plus a rendered perspective that helps me visualise colours, textures and lighting.

Site photos, basic floor plans and dimensions will be supplied as soon as we start, so you can model accurately. If you prefer working in AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp, just let me know; I’m flexible as long as the final files are editable. What matters most is that the concept feels fresh, functions well with natural light and street views, and stays build-friendly for my contractor.

Once the initial concept is ready, I’d like one round of refinements to tweak façade elements or material choices before you prepare the final presentation set.
