Modern 15×15 m House Design

I have a clear brief for a compact, single-storey home that will sit on a 15 m × 15 m footprint. The overall aesthetic must be clean-lined and modern, both inside and out, and I want the architecture and structural engineering developed together so every beam, column and wall works with the design rather than fighting it.

Here is what I need from you:
• A space-efficient floor plan that satisfies typical family living while embracing the modern style I’m after.
• Fully dimensioned architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections) in DWG/PDF formats.
• Coordinated structural drawings—foundation, framing, roof structure—ready for an engineer’s stamp if required in my jurisdiction.
• A short written specification noting primary materials and structural systems you recommend.
• At least two exterior 3-D views and one interior perspective that communicate massing, façade treatment and overall feel.

Please base your work in standard BIM or CAD software such as Revit, ArchiCAD or AutoCAD so I can review and mark up digitally. Accuracy to the 15 m × 15 m footprint and clean modern detailing are the key success criteria.
