Modern Hotel Facade & Streetscape Revamp
Budget: €1,500 – €3,000 EUR
The current hotel concept is almost there, yet the exterior still feels dated and the surrounding streetscape lacks cohesion. I need the architectural package refreshed so the building presents a distinctly modern face and the public realm around it feels welcoming and consistent.
Scope
• Re-work the exterior façade only, keeping the approved massing and structure intact, but introducing a clean, contemporary skin, materials palette, and lighting strategy.
• Redesign all landscaping that frames the property—plaza edges, footpaths, planting beds, seating and lighting—so the hotel blends seamlessly into the adjoining street context.
What I will provide
– Existing CAD files, elevations, and 3D model of the approved scheme
– Municipality design guidelines and photo references of the neighbourhood fabric
- Photographs, point clouds and existing 3D renders
- Planning drawings for recent context of granted properties.
What I expect in return
– Updated elevations, coloured façade studies, and 3D perspectives (SketchUp/Revit + high-res renders)
– Revised site/landscape plan showing paving, planting, street furniture, and any grading tweaks
– A short design rationale (1–2 pages) explaining material choices and how the proposal meets local guidelines
Acceptance criteria
✔ Facade reads unmistakably modern in form, material, and lighting
✔ Landscaping ties into the surrounding streetscape and respects existing sightlines, curb drops, and pedestrian flow
✔ Revit drawings coordinated at 1:100 (or comparable) so they can drop straight into the broader planning submission
