My residential renovation covers three key areas—living room, bedroom, and kitchen—and every square metre should speak the same modern language. The brief is to translate the clean lines, balanced proportions, and functional elegance of contemporary design into spaces that still feel warm and personal.

Scope
• Analyse existing dimensions and traffic flow, then propose an integrated layout that links all three rooms seamlessly.
• Develop a modern palette for walls, cabinetry, textiles, lighting, and décor, keeping durability and easy maintenance in mind for daily living.
• Provide clear visual aids—floor plans and photorealistic renders are ideal—so I can sign off on finishes, furniture, and accessory choices with confidence.
• Once the concept is approved, specify exact products or custom-builds, including sourcing information to streamline purchasing and installation.

Collaboration & Tools
I’m comfortable reviewing drafts in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or a comparable program and appreciate milestone files I can open without proprietary software. Regular check-ins over video or shared boards (Miro, Figma, or similar) will keep decisions quick and decisive.

Timeline
The goal is to move from concept to final specification within six weeks, but I’m flexible if more iterations are needed for a flawless outcome.
