I need a cohesive, modern look for three key residential spaces—living room, kitchen and main bedroom. Floor plans, photos and exact measurements are ready to share as soon as we begin.
The goal is a full design package that moves smoothly from concept to implementation. I’d like mood boards that establish colour palette, materials and overall vibe, followed by realistic 3D visuals so I can sign off with confidence. Any mainstream tool is fine—SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or similar—so long as the output is clear and easy to hand to my contractor.
Deliverables:
• Concept boards for each room
• Scaled furniture and lighting layout
• High-quality 3D renderings or walkthroughs
• Itemised spec sheet with paint codes, fixtures and purchase links
